why do I have less delay to WEST coast when I have 50 more ping to it than east20 ping east is worse than 70 ping west?
you should do whatever you did to east pls

You may just have a better quality line or routing to the area, there are tonnes of possibilities and I don't think administration have too much control over most of them.
