This really annoys me on the server there are staff on the server and they do nothing to help anyone you ask for help and they ignore you, you tell them what's happening and they mute you for Hacksuating filter bypass or something its really annoying they can mute you but they can't help you -_-Posted on 22 January 2016 - 07:23 AM

To reply to this post, we must first answer: What is a staff member?A staff is a person, like you and I. They are not robots. They do not sit at their computers 24 hours a day. seven days a week CONSTANTLY moderating.
You have to keep in mind that staff are only modding on Badlion because they enjoy PvPing too. They were once a player like you and just because a staff member is a staff member doesn't mean they aren't allowed to play. If moderating when online was essential then there would be no staff. Staff members are players too. They can play or mod whenever the hell they feel like it.
You complain about getting muted then how about you explain it in a mature and polite manner instead of just shouts "HELP STAFF TP THIS GUY IS H4CKING!!!" which will get you muted. This is of course a stereotype of the whingey little 13 year old bitches.
When a staff member is playing they don't want to be harassed by you spamming them, just message them one or twice and if they don't reply that use /report or message another staff member.
I can empathise why this annoys you but I was a staff member for over a year and moderate a LOT more than I played but when I did play it was very annoying to be getting bothered all the time when all I wanted to do was relax.
