So I play MiniUHC alot and have always noticed that the games are too long, and the borders shrink too late, meaning the players who snowball end up waiting for a while, and seeing as its "MiniUHC" the game time should be shorter in my opinion. Saying this, I even managed to write this in a MiniUHC, a 0,0, as I was so bored and the game was lasting too long.The benefits:
Games will end faster, meaning more games can be done and players play more MiniUHC
Less waiting around for players
If you wait around in games alot, the gamemode will eventually become boring and tiresome, ruining the gamemode.

I disagree, mini uhcs are way too mini. I think 48 players, 750x750 border and 40 minute border shrinks would be best. It's just my preference, it always seems like right after I snowball for 5 minutes, there are 5 people left. A bigger border would make border camping a thing and players could snowball a lot better. Plus the 100x100 shrink is always so boring because there are always only 3 players and they just camp underground.Posted on 23 January 2016 - 03:45 PM

I just hate it when there are 3 people who are full iron unenchanted at the final shrink, no one ever gets stacked at all. Getting stacked makes uhc fun, but you can't do it when everyone as the exact same gear. A later shrink time would let players have more time to get gear, it would make mini's feel more like UHC. Plus border camping is fun .-.
