Many will say the lag ruined it, many say the ddossing did. But when it came down to it, that was an epic tournament. So many great fights throughout the tourney. Congratulations to Team Element for winning, and to Kuro and Honeybadgers for going so far. I'm very excited to see future high-stake tournaments. I think we can all agree that was the greatest and exciting tourney yet.Posted on 24 January 2016 - 12:56 AM
It was very well organized but in my opinion it shouldn't have been played for money. Many people dedicated their whole day to play, including myself. Team huron (My team) which consisted of Maxy, Mel, Hivlik, Ibeaturscore, and I (And a few others) basically lost the last couple of fights to lag and they counted against us. Badlion should have been prepared for such an attack knowing how many players would be online.Nonetheless, congratulations to the winners… 12 hours of constant play is insane.
Also shoutout to my team for placing 4th. We did great and im proud of everyone.

I agree that the time span of the tournament was insane. In the future we should just do group stages on one day and then top 128 or 64 a week later.

Yeah by far the most insane day of badlion I've ever seen.

As a tourney helper who spent over 7 hours on Badlion today (I handled the groups but not top 32) I can say it was awesome but also very draining.Posted on 24 January 2016 - 04:18 AM

How much Elo did you end up losing? Who drained you?

My soul was drained 32 elo and my faith in humanity ladder lost another 60 after people kept spamming me "why haven't you started my match yet" despite me repeatedly telling them they weren't in my group and I couldn't help them.

It was definately a fun tournament when we were playing, not so much the other 11 and a half hours of waiting. My team actually couldn't finish the tournament because we all had to go :(. We at got to the top 12 teams but could've done better rip.Posted on 29 January 2016 - 01:37 AM
