https://www.badlion.net/appeal/thread/51417So I was just wondering if Cavasi was too lazy to read the appeal or whether it is required for him to say that.

He checks the Gcheat logs and can easily tell if they are true or false and if they are true he says "You were cheating" he dosen't need to say more. But yea as it seems he didn' read it lol.

I know about the gcheat checking thing but normally they only do that on not guilty appeals whereas here he admits it and appeals guilty

He says he's guilty but then immediately denies guilt in the "Why he should be unbanned" category.

the guy in the appeal said he wasnt cheating so ???Posted on 24 January 2016 - 10:34 AM
He read the entire appeal, but the logs must have proved that he was cheating and responded as such. He probably didn't give a lengthier response because of the sheer amount of appeals that accumulate, and he didn't want to waste too much timePosted on 24 January 2016 - 12:32 PM

@Mr_Bloxley @MorsiniusImmensely decided that he was going to quit Minecraft because it was only making him frustrated and he wasn't getting much fun out of it. He said that it was interfering with his relations with his irl friends and his family so he decided that getting his elo reset and his accounts banned was for the best. He didn't necessarily need to get them banned, but it removes the temptation of coming back on.
As for the OP, I think it is probably a bit of both. There are a lot of appeals to get through, and even if he did read it, denying the appeal was probably required.

I'm not really sure how you're deducing that from what i said considering i said "You were cheating." which is 3 words.
We don't have to write an essay on why we're denying ban appeals, we get hundreds at a time and we can't be bothered to do that. You read the appeal, answer it accordingly, move on, it's that simple.
Saying "You were cheating." is a response that is both quick and to the point, there's no misinterpreting it.

Im sorry for my bad knowlage it just looked like that but I said it seems he didn't read the appeal I wasn't 100% sure if you did or did not.
But yea I know that you handle a lot of appeals and you try to do it fast I totaly agree with that.

@FunkyFactions I'm pretty sure this wasn't the case. If you watch the full video he seems very genuine and I think what he did was mature- he realised that the game was impacting on his relationships with friends and family and decided to quit because it was best for him.
