Yes it is. The lowest Elo I've seen was around 670. Pro mineman

Lowest I've fought is 850 at the beginning of last season, also for anyone wondering the most you can lose atm IS 31.

I wonder.. if someone elo drained to 600, and then got another account to drain to under 100 is it possible to hit 0 elo or even negative elo? Serious question

probably, but they'd be banned long before that, and it would start becoming extremely difficult in the 350 range

Well, that's what I'm wondering, if someone is 600 elo, whoever else goes in against them CAN drain themselves all the way down since the elo range is about -+770. If they went on NA 4 and just went in and ./spawned 500 times it'd be about enough to get drained that much and they might not be banned before then 0_0
