So my friend themeleesniper has been trying to put his card on to his paypal account but, it wont work. He is trying to buy me donator and he is wondering if he can directly pay badlion to pay for the rank.Thank you for reading

If it is an issue through Paypall, he would have to contact them either through phone or email.
