Skype and Teamspeak, with no exceptions.
Able to attend at least 60% of fights.
At least 1.7K ELO in 1 kit, 1.6K in 3 or 1.5K global.
Be active on Skype, and keep up with updates.
Maturity, and able to work with a team, we don't want drama.
