Allow editing of the spawn hotbar

Just like kit inventories, the hotbar setup at Arena spawn should be editable. Not really that much of a big thing but could be as well implemented.-1 / +1 this please I want to know what others think of this

+1 Sounds interesting but if you know where the options are on the hotbar there wouldn't be any point in it
