Reporting no hacker

Hi, I played a 1v1, and there was a guy that camped in a skybase for all the game, I know that is forbidden to camp on skybases and I want to report him, where can I do this?Sorry for my bad english and if this is the wrong section but I'm italian and I am new in BadLion's servers.
