Hey, i just wanted to bring up this topic as i know ALOT of people who agree with me. Basically the moderators on badlion are becoming very very lazy. /report rarely works and i have noticed ALOT of staff with PM's off. Personally i think if you are staff then you should have to have PM's turned on. the rule "no hackusating" is hard for players. if they are high elo and dont want to get drained they have no option. /report doesnt work and staff have pms turned off. THEY HAVE NO OTHER CHOICE!A "bug" also popped up to me which is mini UHC. me and my friend "Mqrs" player 4 minis. 3 of them 0,0 was a ocean and we got stalked. we both did /report but like i said nothing happens… staff are very lazy like i said. People get angry because of lazy staff which then causes more death threats and disrespect. i Spoke to 3 different mods and a senior (eternity) or something. all they told me to do is post on the forums so here i am. they were not helpful either. after this i went onto arena pvp 1 and there was 1 mod online i messaged him to ask him where i make this report and guess what! he had PM's off. I typed in chat "a mod without pm's" and everyone agreed with me and said that all mods should have pms on. he then turned them on as i told him i was reporting staff for this. i think it is unfair how willing people who will be very active dont get the chance because their space is taken up by people who can be bothered to do anything. Staff dont get demoted for technically "ignoring" players but players get demoted for being disrespectful because they just got drained by a hacker? if staff listened then they wouldnt be so angry! Maybe there should be more mods or mods should be checked on to see if they are helping or not! there should be something such as /sreport so players can report staff. just something to stop this!
Thanks for reading this and hopefully something will be good from this wether it is a new rule or whatever. this is no hate towards badlion just my opinion on the staff situation. i will always play badlion i think it would just be more fun and less toxic if something was sorted.
I would like to exclude a few mods from this such as
Saimo
Nicosby
RealSportsFan
(there was a trial mod that helped i dont remember his name he had a o before it) (i think it was like oValkyire or something)

Let me point something out to you because you clearly are unaware of the things we do as staff.There are more people on the server than just yourself. There are 700+ other people that need help just as much as you, you aren't any more important than the others, nor is anybody else.

i dont think they should have their pms offi remember a time when a staff member got reported for having them off and the admin replied saying he has talked to the player

Thanks for the compliment bro, appreciate it :) <3It is hard though to moderate a server with 1k players on. I try and be as efficient as possible with everything, taking a look at as many reports as possible, responding to all the pms. I do this to make sure as many players feel satisfied with the help they got from me.
Some mods have different approaches, so they may not be as efficient, but that's what works for them.
All I'll say is that we've heard this a million times and we try our best to make everyone happy.

Mods should always respond to pms in my opinion, no matter the circumstance. Even with 750 players, it wasn't really hard to manage messages as long as you knew what you were doing. Heck, I used to respond to pms all the time in ranked matches evenI don't like it when mods mute for messages sent to them either – I was extremely lenient with whatever I got sent unless it was really severe

if they get spammed then they should punish the person spamming them accordingly. You have a great point that you guys do want to play too! and i appriciate that, but surely if staff are that "busy" with "reports" then there chat will be spammed with reports anyway….. turning pm off will anger 99% of players that need helpPosted on 29 January 2016 - 06:50 PM

Thank you! i am seeing a pattern. the experienced "retired mods" are agreeing and they can see as they are now a "normal player" they see the fustrated community from the players point of view. the retired staff have seen both sides of the story <3

thanks for understanding my point atleast! maybe their should be like 10 mini uhc mods? i think 10 should be able to handle it? maybe a little more idk it wouldnt hurt to have uhc mini mods
