I was in a 2v2 with my brother and we came across a hacker, and my brother reported him, but of course, nobody comes to help. So I say in chat that I need help and that there is a hacker, and I get muted, but still nobody came, which made us lose, and our ELO was drained. I know the mods have to deal with a lot of stuff as is, but maybe that means you need more staff, because never ONCE have I had a mod actually come to one of my reports. It is very annoying.

1. Nobody is getting banned in that match unless they're like speedhacking or flying
2. There are more people on the server than yourself that have an issue.
3. There's no way that you can tell if a mod looked at one of your reports or not

And by all means you can also after the fight record the hacker and submit a report, also about the staff problem there is always an alert in chat "Badlion is recruiting arena pvp moderators" so if you think that you would make a good staff member go apply, same goes for other if you have the feeling to support the network apply.

I am sure Mods try there hardest, but life isn't always fair and everything isn't always perfect. There are flaws on every Minecraft server.

These 44 ArenaPvP mods work their ASSES off to bring to you a clean server. You underestimate the work they all do for us and you should be grateful for it because without them, you wouldn't be here today, making this post, or even being able to play on a server as great as this is today. They spend countless hours working, and doing their job. There's more to being an ArenaPvP moderator than standing by waiting for when a player named "bobbyguy3948546" is going to make his next report. There are hundreds/thousands of people on this network, There are more than that amount of reports. We can't possibly see every single one. Here's something you have to be considerate of. We have a reports section on the forums for a reason. Instead of coming on our forums and saying our mods are worthless and useless, maybe use a bit of your time to record the hacker that isn't getting banned, and post it in the reports area of our forums. You guys aren't mods, you don't know what our mods do, or else a post like this would be avoided.

I'm not bothering to post this because I want to argue with you, I'm bothering because posts like this really get to me. I know first hand how much work and dedication it takes to be a moderator, and It just really gets me when people don't recognize it.

Every time I am online I see a staff member online, they are either afk, or talking to someone in the chat, ignoring the players. I know I don't see what they do, and blah blah this and blah blah that, but I feel as if the players' POV is what matters, considering there are several thousands of us. Especially for the new players, How the fuck are they supposed to know like "Oh, they aren't answering to anything I say or do", what kind of first impression would that be? I don't understand. And you said it yourself, which I argue against, but you said that they "work their ASSES off", which maybe means you guys could use more staff. Also, just because they are doing their job, doesn't mean it needs to be recognized. They should have known the stress they were going to be put under before they got the position. You never see some random dude walk up to a cashier and be like "hey I appreciate what you do for me, thanks a lot", because it is expected of them to help the consumer, which in this position would be the players. That's like me going to the police station to call for help saying "HELP IM BEING ROBBED", and which according to your game rules, I would be punished for not filing a report, which never gets answered anyways. Not only have you heard my call for help, you do nothing to stop the hacker even after you are aware I am dealing with one.
