Anti X-ray off

I enjoy playing uhc's but because of the bad fps from anti X-ray I don't play them anymore so I was wondering if it's possible to be turned off? Obviously for vanilla games it should be on but for games like diamondless and barebones is it possible to be turned off because nobody can really X-ray in those as there's nothing to gain.
