My friend was banned for no reason and can't appeal

My friend was randomly banned from badlion and he has been trying to appeal for about a month but badlion won't let him login. He has logged onto badlion and did /register and /changeemail. He checked his email afterwards and completed the registration and the website told him to login. Everytime he logs in it says invalid login. Please help with this. He really wants to play on badlion but he got banned for "hacking" and he has never even downloaded hacks. His username is GapplebaePosted on 03 February 2016 - 05:48 PM
