Help with my R390 8G Graphics Card

Sooooo,I got this card, its really good, at a price you cant beat, but I dont know how to make it work harder when running MC, I can run Fallout 4 on high settings, with almost 0 lag, but I cant get more than 200 playing a damn blockgame. Someone please help me.

Any more than 90fps and you're literally wasting your parts as you're rendering frames uselessly. Do you have any actual issues with the card (as in spikes etc..) or are you just worried about a meaningless number?
