Recording Evidence

Dear Badlion Staff and Players,I would like to talk about changing the rule that the staff must follow about getting evidence of players. Now, if I am correct, the current rule is that Staff Members must have 3 different pieces of evidence to ban someone. Although this does assure that there are no unfair bans, I still believe it can be extremely unfair to players. For example, last night I went for a shower and my team mate iPVPed me before the PVP started at around 8 minutes. I didn't know until I get back, luckily having "Nugent Suffocated" at the very top of my chat, and knew that when you're standing in a cave, people don't just randomly suffocate. Also, when there is someone hacking, and there usually is in AU now, I believe that if it is a very obvious thing and everyone can agree the player is hacking, that the player should get banned. By the time you get three pieces of evidence, 4 players could've died. The person who originally died and hackusated and the 3 people who were unfortunate and get killed in the evidence making. A lot of players, and even staff, can agree with me that the 3 piece evidence thing is a bit unfair and modifications may be made for that.
Thank you for reading this and understanding this!

We don't need exactly 3 pieces of evidence. It's just a benchmark, we can deviate from it, depending on how obvious it is.From X-ray/Cave Finder, I make sure to get 3 solid pieces. For Kill Aura/Aimbot, we sometimes have to gather loads of evidence or only 1-2 fights. For speed or flying, we can literally get 1 clip of them obviously speed or fly hacking and that'd be enough. Each case is different and unique and mods use their own judgement as to whether evidence is sufficient before banning.
