The day that he grinded that elo I fought him around 6 times. He was OBVIOUSLY hacking in my opinion. I was lagging a bit at the time, but he literally would flawless me against a wall from around 6 blocks. I'm not sure to be honest but if he continues to win after as fast as he was before he was banned I'd suspect he is hacking.
