He's saying that he wants to search for the lowest elo players since the limit is 20 pages for some reason. Actually, come to think of it, is that a bug? Or is it just something to help clear up the website? @MasterGberry

The limit was changed because the later pages were taking way too long to access. This was a performance issue on the website and was being abused.

I've seen 800s before.I got like 969 with my friend in skywars last season. (We got banned for a week for elo draining)

I saw a 777 Elo guy end of last season
