Hello.
Is there anyway I can get in touch with one of the admins?
I have a serious problem right now and I'd like to talk to one of the admins about this ASAP because I'm leaving for vacation in two days.

I would msg them on the forums. You can also message more then one admin instead of waiting for a response from another. You might get a faster response if you do this. I hope I helped!

You can either find a propriate administrator you'd like to message here.

From there you can click the text under their name redirecting you to message them.

All the admins are kind, and they'll reply.
