While UHCs are being setup there is a whitelist enabled which donators can join through as they have donated, they then have the choice to either whitelist a friend or not and that is why it is spammed in hub.Posted on 09 February 2016 - 01:36 PM

They are usually filled up by the time the whitelist is removed.
