Prior experience it not necessary. I didn't have any, nor did many other hosts. You need to have working recording software, which has already been mentioned.Here's a link to the staff applications:

Lena i have applyed 1 week ago and didnt get a skype request or any answer does that mean i got denied

Usually takes about 2 weeks. In special cases, the admin may be away and the process might take longer. Lena's here though so it's probably 2 weeks more or less.

I find it annoying because i never get accepted and i put alot of effort and time into my apps :/I play all day on badlion and i would have plenty of time to host but.
