I would like to add a suggestion about false bans.I personally have never been falsely banned but for the future and sake of badlion players i feel that if a player is banned falsely it should have a better apology.
I don't know if this is already in effect if so disregard this post. I realize that even mods make mistakes, but in reality every one pays for their mistakes. Since a mod represents the badlion server i feel that the one who was banned should have the option to receive one of the following.
-Perm Donor
-Temp Lion
-Temp Donor+
-Temp Donor
-Uhc Stat Resets
-Arena Pvp Stat Resets
(Give or take a few.)
The player banned should only get this privilage if they are banned perm by a staff member (No Gcheat.) Such as insufficient X-Ray proof where a player is eliminated from the game he/she may have won.
Also rules where if there is any sort of alliance between a staff member and player to mock a fake ban so a free rank/item is received, an instant demotion and ban for both players.
Thank you for reading, hope this goes into act because it would suck if you have a chance of winning a UHC and you are falsely banned. (The banned player must have solid evidence to prove he was not cheating where it must be approved by an Admin.)

This will cause two things.1: As @*deleted-89753 said, players will try to get falsely banned just for some privileges.
2: Staff members will probably be more careful when banning players, which is not bad, to an extent. This suggestion will cause a decrease in donations if mods falsely ban. This puts more pressure on mods when they are banning someone, meaning they'll be more careful and basically waste their time.

Most 'false bans' are not false, it's just that the 'culprit' didn't have enough evidence against him hence was unbanned. A situation like this shouldn't be a free rank.Keep it as it is imo.Posted on 16 February 2016 - 10:26 AM
