Reduce Ban Time For Chunk Reload Spam
So first off I just wanted to say that even I have mixed feelings on this, as I understand the reasoning for the ban lengths being so long for this. I also wanted to make it clear that I am diving this suggestion into two different parts - SG, and UHC.

SG

So with SG 2.0 on the horizon, many youtubers and players who originated on some of the most popular original SG servers - MCSG, Hive, Mineplex etc. will be coming to play. The problem is, all of these servers allow F3 & A spam in order to find players, while Badlion does not.
It makes perfect sense why this is bannable, as it is clearly finding players using a method that is not intended to do that, but with other servers having always had allowed it, people are inevitably going to be doing it.
The problem is - The rule seems to target Youtubers, streamers, and overall content creators who are promoting Badlion through their content. A regular player who is coming from MCSG to Badlion, and is used to F3 & A spamming to find people, will have no issues or punishments, as they will not be caught. But a content creator who helps promote Badlion through their videos, and is caught in the habit of thinking nothing of F3 & A-ing, will be punished, as the evidence of them doing so will be in their own videos.
The current ban time for F3 & A in SG is 1 week, which seems like quite a long time for a rule that only effects those who promote Badlion, espescially when MCSG, Hive & Mineplex all allow this.
I don't think this rule should be removed, but at least reduced from 1 week to a day or two, as really the only people who are effected by it are content creators who had good intentions, with a lot of them actually oblivious to the fact that they were even doing something wrong.

UHC

Now my opinion on F3 & A spamming in UHC is quite a bit different. No other UHC servers that I know of allow F3 & A spamming to find players, and most people doing it will be doing it with full knowledge that they are cheating.
Again though, the problem is, this rule really targets content creators again, but opposed to the 1 week ban of doing it in SG, F3 & A spamming in UHC is permanent.
I was told by a mod that this rule's severity exists to prevent from F3 & A being used as an excuse when being banned for XRay or Tracers, but at the same time, when someone like Hazza (rhz) gets permanently banned for hitting F3 & A twicein a video, obviously it gives him an advantage, but he never would have been caught if he had not been creating Badlion content.
As far as this rule goes in UHC, I agree that it obviously needs to stay and continue to be severe, but in my opinion, I don't think that the ban length should be permanent, and that these cases should be looked at on a case by case basis. (For example, a content creators video where they F3 & A twice, see a player, and go for them, should be looked at differently than a random player who dug straight down to a kid, got banned for tracers, then claimed they were spaming F3 & a in their appeal)

To Summarize:

In SG, I believe that the rules against F3 & A unintentionally target content creators, and have too long of a punishment, especially when most SG players are used to it being permitted, as almost all other big SG servers allow it.
(Especially the fact that pretty much the only way to have sufficient evidence of F3 & A-ing, is first person evidence, where the content creator likely had no intention of any wrong doing).

In UHC, I think the rule should be re-examined, and looked at on a case by case basis (For example, a video of doing 2 chunk reloads, finding a player, and going for them, would be handled differently than a ban where a player mines directly to someone, gets banned for tracers, and claims to have been only F3 & A spamming)

Thank you for reading this suggestion! Feel free to post on this thread with any criticism or concerns you have!

Just to clarify - I know that in UHC, it's pretty complex with the reasoning for the long ban times, and that there's downsides on both parts, so even if that isn't something that can be looked at, I'd appreciate if you would consider the rule's place in Badlion SG totally separately from it's place in UHC.

Just remove the rule completely. Since ghosting was removed since it was only towards content creators, this should be removed as well. Don't see why not honestly.

Gotta admit there's some sense in what this man is saying

+1, in UHC you can easily do almost the same thing by putting your render distance to 2 anyways, there's barely a difference.

I agree that this targets YouTuber's and Streamers it's just like the Gamma situation. No one knows you're doing it unless you're recording.
