If an appeal is pending, that means that it was accepted but the unban time is in the future. Once the account is unbanned on the specified unban date, it will change from pending to accepted.Have you got a specific appeal you wanted to talk about?

Why should a staff member look at an appeal which has already been dealt?Tell your friend to wait, he's definitely not going to get unbanned before the time stated there.
