That's what I was thinking when I saw the combination 800 dpi and 27 in-game sense.
I use 1600 dpi and 100 in-game sense, and I have about the smallest mousepad imaginable. If I set my DeathAdder Chroma right in the middle of it, I have about 3 inches to either side of the mouse, and 3/4ths of an inch above and below it.
