Bow Problems

This might be just me, but my bow has been really glitchy lately. What I mean by this is when I shoot 1 arrow, it just randomly spams off 4 or 5. (Not in a hacking sense where it is op, they all only go like 3 blocks.) Has this ever happened to any of you and does anyone know a way to fix this?Thanks
