Help me PLS!!

Hello :),im Envy and im here to ask 4 help 4 my friend, hes got banned.
He´s writting a Apeal with me, hes 8 so i help him, so we written the same text with some other Names.
I was unban in 10 min, but he was still banned. Than we checked his Badlion.net Profile but there is written "Accepted" and hes still banned.

Another person who can't read,It says that he will be unbanned on the 3rd of March. ITS SAYS RIGHT THERE HOW DID YOU NOT SEE IT!!
