Hello! This is my first thread on the forums and I just wanted to suggest an idea I've had in mind for a while now.

Community Manager

If you don't know what a Community Manager is, he/she is a person that keeps the higher staff informed of what happens across badlion. Now I know that there are Arena managers and UHC managers and such but I believe Badlion needs one voice that holds it together. An example of this would be in FIFA where Chuboy(I dunno how to spell but help me out if I spelled it wrong), the old community manager, would do giveaways and such and help bring ideas to the developers since the developers don't have time to look at twitter and such to keep in touch with the community.

Job

As I explained above a community manager would just be a bridge between the community and ownership/developers. This person must be very likeable maybe people such as Hivlik or m0xy would be a nice example. They also must understand the community very well. This is no easy job. You have to be very connected to the community and be liked by the owners of the server. The community manager also can't be set up by owners to say good stuff.

Goals

The goal of the Community Manager is to keep the owners in touch with what's happening in the server. With this, Badlion may progress or regress depending on the quality and decision-making of the Community Manager.

Closing Statement

I know I'm not the best with words but if anybody out there understands what i mean by this job and knows how to explain it, please help. I think this would be a good way of keeping the community to stop bitching about the owners not listening to suggestions. well rip i fucked this one up.

tbh I dislike this for many reasons and I'd like to keep it how it is rn, and @Pokenick kinda fills this void in a sense

Ok not saying they aren't good people, but they aren't the only nice players on the staff team, plus I'm assuming someone like a community manager would have an Admin position.
