I have a sincere problem with applications. Every day after I submit one, I come up with a well worded addition that further explains and details why I am qualified for and why I want to be a staff member. There's so much I want to say, but no matter how much I've put into any applications before (some have neared 2k words) it never seems to matter. Should I resubmit an application with updated information, just cross my fingers with what I have now, or just forget about applying considering my history@seniormods would be appropriate? idk
List of potential ppl who I'd love to give insight:

@cringiecake (you're brutally honest, I respect that)
@TheGromm
EDIT: only answe if you're a full staff member pleaE, I don't need "motivational" speeches. I've been through so much in the past few years that I can't deal with people trying, I appreciate it, but please don't

If you feel like this is something you really want to do, just go for it. Apply and make sure you keep your application well organized and thought out. Aim for your goal and don't give up! :)Posted on 16 February 2016 - 11:14 PM

Hivlik wrote like 6-7 apps until he got accepted. I'm not going to give you any info to make your process easier because that wouldn't be fair for all the players applying. Just note that.Just be yourself in the app, and mostly honest.

My recommendation: don't ramble.Write a post that you feel accurately represents who you are and what you can bring to the team, but don't add in anything extra to make it longer. Clear and concise is what you should shoot for (imo), and as long as you're both of those things make it as long as it needs to be.
