Badlion Saddle Creation Bug

I recorded it being done, and threw the saddle away after.This can be done with ANY item and creates the item as a permanent entity.
Also to anybody wondering about the texture pack, it is my friend Chubby's private pack.

I made an advancement on this, same method with stone turned it into a stack. It dooesn't appear to replicate this with diamonds though and it seems inconsistent.Edit - I can't replicate it, threw away the duped stone.

Pik removed it.Probably because I showed how to create items from nothing in a video and anybody can do it.
I am derp, but yeah he is investigating it.
