Staff: 8/10 (I see too much people complaining about the staff members. Even if they are wrong there shouldn't be a reason anytime I go on the server people complain about the staff. I also see things where people are having bad behavior and when someone responds to it they are punished for it. Also there is usually no staff online during the night time. And that's when a lot of things goes on. People always saying "YAY NO STAFF (EXCESSIVE SWEARING)"and such. Yes it is night time but I'm sure there's some night owls out there that can moderate the server.)Community: 6/10 (The forums is honestly very irritating. I don't even need to explain why. And the server will obviously have it's downsides since it's a competitive community.)
Maintenance: 9/10 (The server is working hard on fixing the lag which is very good. The Anti-Cheat system is one of the best out there. Overall it's very good.)
Ban/Report/Appeal System: 9/10 (This would be a 10 but I do realize that all hackers have to do is say "Yes I hacked" and they are basically unbanned. They should have longer wait times for hackers to appeal to make sure the incident doesn't occur again.)
Overall 8.5/10

Staff: 8/10 - overall very helpful staff, but there is always room for improvementCommunity: 6/10 - way too toxic for a game that was originally designed to be a building/adventure game for little kids
Maintenance: 9.5/10 - all bugs found are patched extremely fast, would be 10/10 if not for the lag spikes
Ban/Report/Appeal System: 8/10 - it is a fast and efficient system, but it is way too easy to abuse
Overall 8.5/10 - a few things changed like the punishment/appeal system and the lag spikes and this server would definitely be overall 10/10.

Staff 7/10(They do a great job for such a large server. Though they should be managed better, timezones, servers, etc)community 4/10(toxicity^2)
maintenance 9.9/10(Literally zero complaints)
Ban/Report/Appeal 7/10(Great, but sadly easily abused. Along with being less strict in terms of not IP banning on first account ban, and instant unban for admitting to hacks.)
Overall 9.5/10
