Staff: 10/10: Never had a problem with staff except for one of my mutes which I don't know why I was muted.Community: 7/10(Forums is better than in game.)
maintenance: 9/10:Nothing wrong with the devs; very little downtime.
Ban/Report/Appeal System: 9/10(Abusing the system is kinda irritating)
Overall 8.8/10: Without a doubt best server with this big of a size without being baised I would say it's better than Hypickle.

Staff - is very large and divided. Seems to be very robotic. Only trained from manuals and personal training is left at a minimum. Their job is too confusing and pressuring. With a report system that travels through all servers they are expected to be everywhere at 1 time when truthfully they are probably the only one online in a 1000 man server. And they miss things said in chat/etc because they have so much spam from other servers. Then there's the few that go on the forums and are just major grumpy butts. I know its unfair to have this rating lowered due to an automated system, but I dislike the way gcheat is presented. Don't mistake this for the way it works, I approve of gcheat in that regard. But staff are trained to just never question gcheat, just say "denied you were cheating" and they never let players question it. It shows incompetance.
Community - OK I'll admit my rating for this might be unfair. I know I was the original uhc admin and all, but having the community based off of 95% salty uhc try hards just rubs me the wrong way. The rating should be at least a 8 because of how close the community interacts through forums / etc.
