Hackers on Leaderboards

Ryanthenightmare is listed as Number 6 on Iron OCN Leaderboard: http://gyazo.com/5628f8a74af81028ff138087274e88cbbut was banned for hacked client as seen here: https://www.badlion.net/profile/user/Ryanthenightmare/punishments
Just wondering if they are removed from leaderboards since they achieved their status unfairly at the expense of other players. I was under the impression that there was a system already in place to counter act this in Season 5, maybe I read something wrong. Just wondering :p

@DunkinBlownuts, Gberry was referring to if they are not guilty and we unban them. However, due to the rules we have I feel if a player is banned for 2 weeks or more their rank should be reset, as they won't be getting unbanned for 2-3 months most likely.
