Hello,This is something I think would stop a lot of annoying people or "trolls" in the chat. After 3 declines of a duel/party request from a player it puts that player on a cooldown for 5 minutes until they can duel that person again to prevent the spam.

In response to just using the /ignorelist add <username> feature:I understand what you are saying, however there are a lot of people that I don't feel should be ignored merely because they want to duel me or play duels with me. I only use the ignore feature for serious reasons. We have different opinions on what to use the ignore feature for. Thank you for your reply though.
