I think non donators have enough perks as it is, This is one of the only perks donators can actually get so i think its fine as it is, besides i have never run into the problem of not getting into UHC's. Also the spam doesn't distract any1 from not getting it's not like it says in chat that "whitelist will be off in blah seconds" you have to go on the website and there is no minecraft chat on the website therefor the spam isn't harming any1. Ok, 2 things1. Donors dont make problems to the host when they pre join, the host has already seted up everything when donors can get in and we tal a bit, its only fun
2. You want to join a uhc? You have 2 ways try to get lucky with a wl or joining at the good time OR donate to the server to keep uhc's alive, its stupid because people that dont pay will still join and thats not fair for who payed, if youare a poor guy and cant sonate 5$ there are a lot of ways of getting ranks on the server, contests,tournaments or rewards for helping the staff
