/helpop for people with mute

Secondly, /helpop is often used by players in extremely inappropriate ways. Imagine a player that was muted for the misuse of /helpop. What reason would there be for the mute if the player can just continue to unnecessarily abuse their privilege of helpop?
We like when people use /helpop to get us to check a player out, but if you cannot do your bit and behave in chat, then you will have to settle with reporting the player and moving on.
