I sorta sit on the left seat of a 2 Seat sofa with the Laptop on my Lap and the mouse resting on the right seat of the Sofa :D
Mine 'setup' is kinda simple xD I've played this way for 2.5 years though :d It was interesting reading up to, I think this thread will be very interesting ^^

I thought you played on a chromebook for a sec and was like woah-$400 HP laptop with bad specs but okay frames and general performance
-Dell mouse that came with my desktop (that I don't use) that's amazing for jitterclicking
-office chair, random mousepad, desk, iPhone earbuds
-sad music playing because it gives me fury to play on

The ones that I use are some random Sony noise cancelling ones (you can enable and disable noise cancelling, I still don't hear if someone talks to me if I have them on me)
