He has stopped cheating. At least he won't risk his reputation further by cheating again on badlion. It's not just about being stubborn; it's more complex than that. If he admits to cheating now, he will lose a lot trust that he has acquired over the years, and will lose the trust of people who supported him after his ban on badlion and people will start suspecting him 24/7. Besides, it will negatively affect his reputation. Unbanning him will also promote badlion a lot, since most of the potpvp community has basically abandoned it. If he plays more on badlion, badlion will start regaining the potpvpers.
