Can't hit people in duels

I have been dueling with my friends lately and one of my friends (Hockeystar2012) can't hit anyone in duels. However he can shoot people with bows. When he pvp's in ffa or ranked ladders he can hit people so the issue is only in duels. Thanks for your time and hopefully this gets resolved soon!

I had unpatched this from my code because it was originally a NoCheatPlus bug (or so I thought).

If this bug exists again, then I might have to fix it again….block htitting is so op though.
