Everytime I kill someone in a UHC game, when I check my stats after the game one of the kills isn't there! And I don't know why!

If I slain someone and they slain me for example:

Squba was slain by Example
Example was slain by Squba

^ This happened and it didn't count as a stat on my /stats. This has happened twice now where I killed someone and the stat didn't appear.
I don't want someone to give me the stat I just want to know If this is only happening to me!
Im really confused…
