Also keep in mind that mobs spawn at night, so configurations that prevent mobs from spawning in the night or spawning mobs in the day would have to be implemented.

I'm pretty sure there doesn't spawn any mobs anyway. (Except in UHC, ofc) And how this would be invidual? I don't know, Kohi has it, so it is possible.

I think Hypixel found a way to make this work in Build Battle, where you can set your plot to a certain time and see that time in the sky while others saw a different time of day.
