So I knew there was a glitch. But in the announcements MasterGBerry reported that they fixed this glitch and its unfortunately not. Explanation of this glitch is basically when you eat a gapple (this could be food too) and if you dont change your slot after you eat it its going to count as you eat twice. But strangely its going to give you effect of it. The most annoying part when you almost out of gapps (especially in ranked build) and you know that you have to make a comeback, you eat your gapple and it counts twice WHEN YOU'RE AT FULL HEALTH. Then you exhange the hits etc. and you die because of this glitch AND YOU GOT DRAINED. (this happens when I eat heads)So I hope Badlion Developers could fix this issue because it sometimes gets you annoyed and makes you rage A LOT. I hope you understand me with my PERFECT ENGLISH. (please dont mind it-sorry for CAPS)

Once you eat a golden apple, or golden head, and open your inventory, it causes the player to 'left click' while they are in their inventory.Thus, causing the player to eat or utilize whatever they have done to repeat it.

MasterGberry had fixed this 2-3 weeks ago when I messaged him informing it, but I guess it broke after a reboot…
Simple Explanation: Stop, chug a head, open inventory (while it's open, your player is eating or 'left clicking' whatever your scroller bar is on) and then threads like this are made…

Switch to your rod/sword after eating and right click^^^
That should prevent the glitch from happening
