FIrst of all, read those two links before reading the rest of this thread.
Okay, now that you're back, I think it's time we crossed this awkward bridge.
And Badlion must comply with these rules by August 1st.
Features that Donators get that are not EULA compliant:
- Unlimited ranked matches
Extra Donator kits
Besides those I couldn't think of anything else that was Donator only. Basically, if a feature of being a Donator on Badlion affects gameplay, then it is not allowed. Features that are purely aesthetic though, like the [Donator] tag and colored names are fine though.
In conclusion, try to come up with new Donator features, point out existing Donator features that I missed, or give your general opinion that is related to the EULA and Badlion in general. Thanks for reading!

Are you a lawyer? No you aren't, so don't come lecture me on what's allowed and what isn't. We have spoken to our lawyers, we know what's allowed and what isn't, and we will update the servers when we legally have to by law, to what's allowed and what isn't.If you continue to argue or try to teach me how law works I'll just ban you so you don't have to worry about it.

Unlimited ranked matches is not against the EULA FYI. The Extra Donator Kits isn't either. Neither of those affect gameplay.

Essentially the unlimited ranked matches is pretty much paying for access which is allowed in the EULA.Posted on 17 July 2014 - 01:16 AM
The donator kits are perfectly fine, as you can achieve them in game. Giving like prot X and only allowing people to farm prot IV in game would be illegal though.Posted on 19 July 2014 - 04:10 AM

My intent was only to just gauge what was being done about this, since there was no news posted about this important issue. I didn't mean to offend you or lecture you, I'm sorry if I offended you because of this, again I only wanted to just spread the word about this EULA update.

I never said that anywhere in this thread. Guys, I'm honestly only trying to be helpful here, so sorry again.

This isn't really any of my business, but I really don't believe you should have even took your time to make this thread. I understand that your intent was to help out, but I think a server that has 700+ people/day on it would know about the EULA.

You have to realize everyone and their mother has told me about the EULA. I'm honestly sick of hearing it at this point.
