Removing Ice Plains from world generation
This is a problem that I seem to run into a lot, Ice Plains are wayyyyy too big. I often find myself running 2k blocks or more and being in the same biome for a good 7 or 8 minutes. (I might find a Taiga here and there) This makes it impossible to get apples from Oak Trees and makes border camping even harder. (I say border camping because these biomes more often than not generate further out and not near 0,0). So what is your stance on removing the generation of Ice Plains in Badlion UHC, much like Ocean generation was removed from Badlion in UHC 2.0?

I think you're exaggerating with the "I run 2k blocks through a single biome" statement. Also, it's called UHC for a reason. Ultra Hardcore requires you to adapt to what's given; in this case, a huge tundra biome. Not every map is going to have a nice plains biome.

Of course ice biomes may be extensively long, but really, they're not that bothersome. The only thing they do it potentially hurt your eyes and they usually don't have oak trees.

As far as I know, oceans were removed because they were causing issues, both by getting in the way of actual PvP and bothering the scatter. Jungles were removed because of the amount of leaves and how the generation got in the way of actual pvp I think, don't quote me on that though

For the second part, it was mostly a annoyance and scatter wasnt a thing back then. Just like ice plains are annoying
