The whole purpose of cutclean is to make things easier for the player, pre smelted ores, pre cooked food and all that stuff. I think it just makes more sense for a golden head to drop with the rest if the items (like timebomb, where the golden head is already in the chest for you, pre crafted). I can see where you're coming from, I just don't think it's a good idea. Just like the golden head in timebomb chests, I also think that's just free goldHm.
