I'm so confused I have no idea what is going on and I don't know if this is a glitch or not but I have seemed to have gotten my rating mixed up with my elo's? I don't know if this is possible but I noticed it doesn't say rank number when you win anymore so I'm assuming it's been switched back to just elo??

I played a MineZ match to see if I go up or down after winning and I went up over 200 so I'm assuming it's been changed back to elo, but I'm starting at what my rank was??? http://gyazo.com/d7df1d9536ba37ed1e2115ec5e781e0a

I'm just really confused and I don't even really know if I'm making any sense right now because that's how confused I am. I think what I'm asking is did it change back to elo and you start at your rank? I was top 30 in ironocn but it seems to have converted to elo fine, but other things not so much idk.

No, that is ranking. You were top 30 in ironocn and it seems like a LOT of people passed your skill level and your rank got bumped back.
