Best Screenrecorder for Mac?

I have a Mac Book pro so not really too beefy of a computer. I usually average around 120 FPS. If anyone knows any (preferably) free screen recorders that work well that'd be great. Or if any of y'all got a torrent link then the hook up would be nice

Dude, you already have one installed. Quicktime player will let you record your screen. hope that helps.
