I died in the FFA 10 mins ago, then i went and bought D+ and when i try to re-join i cant spec the uhc? help

Yeah probably if you need to be D+ when you die in the game so you can spec it

This also happened to me so it is probably just what Lynkkis said. It isn't a major problem so it probably won't be changed.
