3k isn't possible till the average player is 2300 elo which won't be for a good 6+ months. Especially if iron build is a ladder, it will just split up the players and there will be less high elos in both.Posted on 07 March 2016 - 02:42 PM

I assume it will be possible eventually, but keep in mind there is an "elo cap", which is the maximum number of matches people play in one season. Even if the average elo goes up a lot, it would still take a huge number of matches to get to 3k. The time requirements and patience to grind that much is insane.Posted on 07 March 2016 - 03:48 PM
