Whoever is reading this, i lost my donor plus rank yesterday. I logged on yesterday and it wasnt showing up, so then i asked some mods and they said it was the database problems and that my rank would return today. I logged on today still not there, even yesterday i wasnt getting unlimited ranked matches. PLs help me because i spent alot of money on that donor rank, and btw it was permanent.
